This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that our office, buildings, and common areas are well-kept and functioning smoothly. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office spaces, break rooms, restrooms, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces as needed throughout the facility.
• Keep kitchens and break rooms clean, stocked, and organized.
• Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as required.
• Monitor and restock basic office and cleaning supplies.
• Collect and remove trash and recycling from all areas; maintain trash and recycling stations in an orderly condition.
• Coordinate removal of larger items or special waste when necessary.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, assembling furniture, and making simple repairs or adjustments.
• Assist in identifying maintenance issues and communicate when professional repairs are needed.
• Support general upkeep of the building, parking areas, and surrounding property.
• Help prepare meeting rooms and common areas for meetings and company events.
• Keep storage areas organized and assist with moving supplies, furniture, and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the facility and perform other general support duties as assigned.
