Winona Health is seeking a housekeeping aide to support multiple departments, patients, and residents. This 1.0 FTE position covers the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with weekends alternating and holidays every fourth.
The role emphasizes patient and staff service, cleaning designated areas, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Prior certificates not required; strong reading, writing, and independence are valued.
Pay or shift range: $15 USD to $17.50 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

1.0 FTE (80hrs/Pay Period)

Position Overview: The housekeeping aide position provides cleaning and disinfecting services to all departments, patients, and residents at Winona Health. The caregiver must be flexible to work in several positions with varied responsibilities. Must provide excellent customer service to those we serve.
Cleans designated areas following standard department cleaning duty lists.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Miscellaneous duties: The individual would be representing Winona Health by maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement programs, safety and environmental infection control standards. Also presenting a positive public image to staff, physicians, patients, families and visitors.
