Care Initiatives is hiring a Housekeeping Aide at Chariton Specialty Care, a 60-bed long-term care community in Chariton, IA. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks to support cleanliness, safety, and infection control for residents and staff.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well‑organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
