Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to support residents in a compassionate, home-like environment. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks, helping keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and their families.

You will work as part of a care team, maintaining schedules and ensuring infection prevention while delivering respectful, compassionate service to all residents and visitors.

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
