Care Initiatives is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Aide in Iowa to support residents and maintain a clean, welcoming environment across our skilled nursing communities. You will perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, following established procedures to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
