Care Initiatives is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to support residents in our care communities. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and help ensure sanitary standards across the facility.

You will interact with residents and families, showing empathy, respect, and professional care as part of a compassionate healthcare team.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
