Care Initiatives is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help provide a home-like, clean, and safe environment for residents across our Iowa communities. You will follow established task lists, maintain laundry duties, and collaborate with the care team to support infection prevention and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes empathy, timely assignments, and a patient-centered approach, offering competitive pay and a range of benefits to eligible staff including training and advancement

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
