Belle Springs Care Center is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean resident rooms, common areas, and hallways. You will perform daily cleaning, sanitation, and waste management while upholding resident privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and handle supplies efficiently.
• Respect for privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Empties ashtrays daily and cleans walls, ceilings, and floors as needed
• Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices
• Maintains the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimizes waste of supplies
• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA requirements
