Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean, sanitary environments for residents and staff. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist in maintaining rooms and common areas, and ensure safety and infection-control standards are met.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, trash.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture.
• Empty ashtrays daily; clean walls, ceilings, and floors as needed.
• Report hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participate in infection control and universal precautions.
• Maintain appearance of maintenance areas and manage supplies efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support for colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors

• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment

• Empties ashtrays daily and cleans walls, ceilings, and floors as needed

• Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor

• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices

• Maintains the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimizes waste of supplies

• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues

• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA requirements
