Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident areas, common spaces, and corridors, ensuring a clean and safe environment. You will disinfect surfaces, manage waste, and work as part of a caring team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on HIPAA-compliant privacy and exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Empties ashtrays daily and cleans walls, ceilings, and floors as needed
• Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices
• Maintains the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimizes waste of supplies
• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA requirements
