White Lodging operates a premium hotels portfolio, expanding with Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin, offering luxury hospitality and dining experiences. The Houseperson role supports guest satisfaction and cleanliness across front and back areas of the property.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-service mindset, initiative, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests and anticipate/exceed expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets and storage areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized items.
• Vacuum and mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hotel Trinity

Launching in late 2026 as the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Austin, is Austin’s finest private hideaway. Featuring a guest-only rooftop pool, world-class hospitality amenities with residential appointments, and the city’s most sought-after high-end seafood restaurant and oyster bar, Hotel Trinity offers a luxury boutique experience unlike any other—a place to work, play, and stay out of the fray.

Responsibilities

• A houseperson will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• The Houseperson will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills
• A certification sign off after completing training
• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
