Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Laundry Attendant for Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin to maintain high-quality guest services through efficient laundry operations and proactive guest care.

The role requires initiative, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and willingness to complete training for certification. We offer Day 1 medical/dental/vision, PTO with rollover, employee discounts, and growth opportunities in a premium hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-quality guest service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment according to procedures.
• Load and unload washers and dryers without overloading.
• Fold linen using folding machine and feed ironer if needed.
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities:

The laundry attendant will always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures, like the laundry room checklist

Properly load and unload washers and dryers being careful not to overload either machine.

• Fold linen in accordance with established procedures and use a folding machine and feed ironer if needed
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A certification sign off after completing training
• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
