Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Public Area Attendant for Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin. The role supports top-tier hospitality by keeping public spaces spotless, replenishing supplies, and assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in maintaining the highest quality of cleanliness in public areas.
• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
• Vacuum and mop hallways and stairwells.
• Maintain the lobby and registration area, including doors and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies and testing bromine levels.
• Clean and organize the exercise room and wipe equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist the team in providing the highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel.
• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.
• Maintain the lobby by cleaning the registration desk, vacuuming, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, removing trash, cleaning tables and glass doors, checking spa water, and testing bromine levels.
• Clean and organize the exercise room by wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors, removing trash, and vacuuming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• A desire to take initiative and be self‑motivated in an entry‑level role.
• Good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Completion of training and certification sign‑off.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
