Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Housekeeping team member at Market Square in Indianapolis. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant apartments, ensuring high standards of sanitation and presentation for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented and able to create spotless spaces.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
• Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
