Qualifications

• Inspect and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols to create a safe environment.
• Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
