Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, laundry rooms).
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and repairs; report issues promptly to supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment; assist with special projects and events.
