Job summary

Gold’s Gym is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment across our gym spaces. You will ensure workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms and common areas are spotless and well maintained, contributing to a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and monitoring for safety hazards while upholding Gold’s Gym standards. CPR certification is required; HS diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, offices and other gym areas.
• Clean, mop and disinfect bathrooms as needed.
• Maintain supplies in bathrooms (towels, tissue, soap, etc.).
• Empty trash in all areas, including gym floor.
• Keep all floor areas safe, clean and orderly.
• Observe equipment for potential safety hazards.

This position helps ensure members and guests have a positive experience by keeping workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the overall gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, polishes, and disinfects all bathroom areas as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empties trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observes equipment for potential safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification
