Job summary

Gold's Gym in Greer, SC is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment across workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces. You will help ensure members have a positive experience by keeping spaces tidy and well stocked.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting bathrooms, restocking supplies, emptying trash, and monitoring for safety hazards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas.
• Clean, mop, scrub, polish, and disinfect all bathroom areas as needed.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of materials in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empty trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintain all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observe equipment for potential safety hazards.

Overview

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout Gold’s Gym. This position helps ensure members and guests have a positive experience by keeping workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the overall gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, polishes, and disinfects all bathroom areas as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empties trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observes equipment for potential safety hazards.
