Job summary

Gold's Gym in Rock Hill, SC seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces.

You will follow cleaning protocols, restock supplies, and monitor for safety hazards to ensure members have a positive experience. CPR certification is required, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, offices, and other areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms as needed.
• Maintain supplies in bathrooms (towels, tissue, soap).
• Empty trash in all assigned areas and the gym overall.
• Keep all floor areas safe, clean and orderly.
• Observe equipment for potential safety hazards.

Overview

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout Gold’s Gym. This position helps ensure members and guests have a positive experience by keeping workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the overall gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, polishes, and disinfects all bathroom areas as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empties trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observes equipment for potential safety hazards.

Qualifications
