Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages room cleaning operations to meet company and brand standards and keeps room cleaning deficiencies to a minimum.
• Inspects assigned units daily and ensures standards are met with corrective action as required.
• Inspect VIP rooms daily.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Strip linens from guest rooms.
• Abide by MSDS regulations when using chemicals.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust and clean rooms to hotel standards.
• Refurnish the room with supplies, towels, etc.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

Responsibilities

• Manages room cleaning operations to ensure methods meet company and brand standards and keeps room cleaning deficiencies to a minimum
• Inspects assigned units each day, ensuring that all standards are met and corrective action is taken by attendants as required.
• Inspect VIP rooms daily.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Strip linens from guest rooms
• Abide by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
• Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
