Job summary

Titan Asset Management Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate room attendants, housemen, and cleaners, ensuring high standards and prompt service across guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry areas.

You will train staff, inspect work for quality, manage scheduling within budget, liaise with other departments, handle guest complaints, and support the Executive Housekeeper with morale and audits. 40 hours weekly, Monday–Sunday availability.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience and 2 years of line-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room attendants, housemen, public space cleaners, and supervisors.
• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure high standards.
• Train and supervise new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect work for compliance with standards and document as required.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with department morale and biannual QA Audit.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for pest control, laundry, and other services.
• Plan daily employee work sheets and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Resolve complaints about service and equipment promptly.
• Ensure efficient communication with other departments for timely service delivery.
• Check and maintain equipment.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions.
• Monitor daily workload and staffing levels within budget.
• Advise desk clerks of rooms ready for occupancy.
• Assist with administrative functions.

• Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• May be exposed to humid conditions, contaminants, disease, infections, and chemicals.

Requires 40 hours per week, varying days from Monday to Sunday.
