Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
• Supervises laundry staff duties and tasks.
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies per budget.
• Receives and handles guest complaints re housekeeping.
• Ensures rooms and common areas are clean and hazard-free.
• Organizes staff during the day and leads daily meetings.
• Assists guests with questions and requests; provides high service.
• Trains new housekeepers and support staff.
• Meets with company officials to report progress and issues.

• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed
• Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budget
• Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services
• Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards
• Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards
• Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff
• Assists guests with questions and basic requests
• Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional
• Trains new housekeepers and support staff
• Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues
