What You Will Be Doing

1. Receive and review room assignments from the housekeeping manager.
2. Stock your cart with supplies, linen, and amenities needed to reset guest rooms.
3. Properly clean guest rooms, including changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, washing windows/mirrors, removing trash, and replenishing amenities.

Education And Experience

High school education or related experience. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Skills And Abilities

• Provide friendly guest service and understand proper cleaning techniques and brand standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops.
• Complete tasks timely, investigate issues, and resolve basic matters.
• Follow policies and procedures appropriately.
• Operate public space equipment like lamps, coffee makers, phones, and TVs.
• Pay attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort
