What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Performing deep cleaning tasks when required
• Stocking, maintaining, and transporting housekeeping supplies
• Disposing of trash and recyclables
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Performing guest turn-down service as needed
