Residence Inn Phoenix Airport is seeking organized and reliable Housekeepers to join our TEAM. You will clean and prepare guest rooms, restock supplies, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests in a busy hotel setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to multitask. Full-time positions include benefits and opportunities for advancement through our Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Wash dirty bedding, towels, and linen.
• Stock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; polish as needed.
• Scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks.
• Vacuum rooms and clean carpets.
• Report damages or safety issues promptly.

• Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen
• Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
• Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats, and rugs
• Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
