Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, MO, is seeking organized and self-motivated Housekeepers to join our TEAM. You will clean and prepare guest rooms, manage supplies, and contribute to an unforgettable hospitality experience with a smile and attention to detail.

We offer training, a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, the opportunity for advancement, and TEAM benefits. Pay is $16.00 per hour with eligibility for benefits such as a 401k and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred, willing to train.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms
• Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen
• Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
• Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats, and rugs
• Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus

$16.00 per hour
