Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while following established safety and infection-control guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance.
• Lift 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance issues.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
