Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping duties, uphold sanitation standards, and interact positively with residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Residency within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Able to work around cleaning products.
• Follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure sanitation and cleaning per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
