Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility.

You will perform daily housekeeping duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines, while ensuring resident comfort and safety. The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, reliability, and adherence to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
