• We are hiring immediately for full-time HOUSEKEEPER LEAD positions.
• Location: Prisma Health Richland - 5 Richland Medical Park Drive, Columbia, SC 29203. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days may vary, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior housekeeping lead experience is preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.50 to $28.18 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to ensure optimal service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and documents absences.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages shift call-offs and replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignments.
• Assigns keys, radios, and beepers; maintains security.
• Checks equipment and instructs staff on corrections.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness standards.
• Assists staff to maintain high standards.
• Conducts training as needed.
• Exhibits professionalism and teamwork.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
