We are hiring immediately for full-time Lead Housekeeper positions.

Location: Inova Fair Oaks - 3600 Joseph Siewick Drive, Fairfax, VA 22033

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Some leadership experience necessary; training will be provided.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Manage staff attendance and document absences.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff breaks and assign tasks.
• Ensure security of keys and proper use of equipment.
• Inspect cleaning standards and assist staff as needed.
• Train staff and promote professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
