• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and restocking linens and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and storage areas.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms as required, upholding brand and property standards, ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness.
• Complete stayover service as required, refreshing linens, amenities, and room presentation throughout a guest's stay.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Handle guest requests promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or inventory shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
