Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

You will change linens, replenish supplies, and assist guests with inquiries while upholding safety and cleanliness protocols. This is an on-site position in Cookeville, TN, with opportunities for growth within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.
