Oklahoma Heart Hospital (OHH) is seeking a Housekeeper I to maintain a clean, safe environment across the facility. You will perform routine cleaning tasks in patient and public areas, ensuring floors, surfaces, and rooms meet high standards of hygiene and appearance.

Join a patient‑centered team that collaborates with physicians and caregivers. Experience in healthcare cleaning is preferred, and opportunities for education and professional growth are available.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Working Knowledge: Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Essential skills: able to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned area per schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Clean designated areas to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Damp dusting of surfaces, vents, trash removal, cleaning sinks and stools, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and washing windows and frames.
• Stock paper items, maintain carts and equipment in clean, working condition.
• Report to the Environmental Services Manager and align with OHH mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

The OHH Housekeeper I creates a clean and safe environment, and enhances the appearance of the facility. Cleans designated and assigned areas. Procedures include damp dusting horizontal surfaces, vents, trash removal, cleaning/scouring sinks and stools, dry and wet mopping hard surfaced floors, vacuuming carpeting and upholstery, and washing windows, door frames and other vertical surfaces. Stocks paper items as designated, maintains cart and equipment in contained, clean, and working condition. Reports directly to the Environmental Services Manager. Performs all work in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of OHH.

Qualifications

Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred

Working Knowledge: Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Essential Technical / Motor Skills: Must be able to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned area and in accordance with schedules; maintains a high level of cleanliness at all times according to established procedures.
