Job summary

Servicon in Los Angeles is seeking a custodial professional to perform cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance across assigned areas in accordance with healthcare facility standards and client expectations.

You will empty waste, vacuum floors, dust furnishings, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of all spaces, with team interactions as needed to support client sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of custodial experience a plus.
• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred.
• Must be fluent in English language.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

The Role
