SERVICON is seeking a custodial professional to maintain cleanliness and safety across assigned areas, including offices and common spaces. You will follow established procedures and work in coordination with client sites, focusing on infection prevention and quality standards.

The role emphasizes English fluency, prior healthcare cleaning experience preferred, and flexibility to interact with clients. A hybrid work setup and supportive benefits accompany this position.

Formación

• 1+ years of custodial experience a plus.
• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred.
• Must be fluent in English language.

Responsabilidades

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and dispose of rubbish per standards.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and clean spills in offices and public areas.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to remove fingerprints.
• Keep janitor's closet tidy and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Role

Directly responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client standards of quality and safety. May require frequent interaction with client.

What You Will Do

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas.
• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
• Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
• Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed.

What It Takes To Be Successful

• 1+ years of custodial experience a plus
• Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities preferred
• Must be fluent in English language
