Job Details

• Department: Maintenance
• Status: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, including Rotating Weekends
• Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
• Starting Pay: $17.50 - $18.50

Responsibilities

Perform duties such as making resident beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, cleaning rugs and furniture, dusting, washing walls and windows, emptying wastebaskets, and caring for residents' pets.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Current First Aid Certification and background checks
