Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to unit standards. Assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides quality service to customers with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and document attendance.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and prepares assignment sheets.
• Maintains security of keys and equipment.
• Inspects areas to meet cleaning standards.
• Assists staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Conducts staff training and exhibits professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
