Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and trash disposal.
• Informs Supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Follows OSHA guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
• Inspects assigned areas daily and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains a friendly, professional attitude and safe work practices.
