Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to perform cleaning tasks across interior and exterior areas of the community. The role requires inspecting work, reporting to supervisors, and maintaining sanitary conditions with attention to safety procedures.

The position is full-time and includes comprehensive benefits, with a schedule including weekends and a typical 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Multi-language fluency desirable; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, restroom cleaning.
• Inform Supervisor of supplies needed and maintain cleaning solutions per safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, follow procedures, and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and professionally, ensuring areas are sanitary and presentable.
• Provide friendly, professional service and ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
