5812 Investment Group is seeking a dependable cleaner to service residential properties in the Columbus Metro Area. Duties include sweeping, waxing, dusting, window washing, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms in model units and vacant apartments.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication in English is preferred; basic computer skills are beneficial. A competitive benefits package and 401k match are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust and polish woodwork; clean appliances and bathrooms; wash windows; vacuum floors and carpets.
• Clean the office, clubhouse, and restrooms before opening each day.
• Maintain models and corporate units as assigned.
• Clean vacant apartments as directed by supervisor and prepare them for showing.
• Keep vacant units fresh and odorless; clean laundry facilities daily.
• Report faulty or unsafe equipment or facilities to supervision.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to: Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks.

Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.

Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.

Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.

Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.

Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.

Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.

Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways.

Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff.

Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Driver’s License and valid car insurance

Personal, reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred

Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software

Service mentality and a thirst for learning
