Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to support our Owners/guests and create memorable vacation experiences. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $31.40 and a broad benefits package in a supportive, friendly work environment at MVW.

Typical duties include prompt guest request responses, room setup, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness across buildings and areas daily. Availability across shifts and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to guest requests and other departments.
• Delivers guest requests and sets up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
• Identifies and reports maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Strip trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts.
• Ensure correct inventory of pillows, duvet inserts, and toppers remain in the rooms/villas.
• Cleans and maintains assigned buildings/areas daily.
• Uses heavy cleaning equipment such as floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc.
• Stocks linen closets in assigned areas daily with linen and supplies.

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

As a Housekeeping Aide, a typical day will include:

To Become a Housekeeping Aide at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
