Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) in Park City, Utah is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to help provide memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests. You will assist in delivering welcoming and clean environments to create lasting memories.

You will clean villas to standard, restock guest amenities, and report room status while following safety guidelines and company policies. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K, travel discounts, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean the villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) per standards.
• Complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items as needed.
• Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with supplies and transport it to rooms.
• Follow company policies and report maintenance or safety issues.

As a Housekeeper, a typical day will include:

• Clean s the entirety of villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standard s.
• Complete s assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Replace s all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.
• Report s room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.
• Fill s the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the room s, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.
• Follow s all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
