Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Lancaster Intensive Residential Treatment program team. You will perform general housekeeping to keep the facility safe, clean, and orderly, supporting children and adolescents with various needs.

The role offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to contribute to a meaningful community program.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Background check is conducted for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Observing safety rules and use safety equipment provided.
• Reporting safety and maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
• Performing cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and/or floor care services to meet specific performance obligations.
• Reporting any cross contamination issues to supervisor to initiate corrective measures.

Job Description: We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! This position is located at Easterseals Lancaster Intensive Residential Treatment program. The program is designed to provide intensive level care to children and adolescents that are emotionally handicapped, learning disabled, developmentally delayed or physically handicapped. In this role, the successful candidate will join a team who performs general housekeeping duties ensuring that the facility is kept in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

• Performing cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and/or floor care services to meet specific performance obligations.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance that meets our coverage requirements.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• All Easterseals employees are subject to a background check, including criminal records.

Compensation

$15 per hour.

Hours

Full Time; Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm OR 6:00am-2:30pm if preferred.
