Job summary

Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Assistant to support our residential programs in Manchester, NH. The role involves food service tasks in a 24-hour facility serving youth and staff, including dishwashing, meal service, and kitchen sanitation.

This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts, with rotating weekends and a starting hourly wage of $18.0. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement savings options.

• Minimum 6 months experience in food service.
• Solid work record and reliability.

Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21 with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities. At this facility we provide food services for our residential program, child development centers and seniors programs. We have an immediate need for a Food Service Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Washing Dishes
• Serve food.
• Clean the kitchen and dining area.
• Follow proper food storage methods.
• Sanitation procedures.
• You will interact daily serving meals to staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in food service.
• Candidates must have a solid work record.
• Proven commitment to a company or organization.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team is required.
• Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Compensation & Hours

Compensation: $18.00 hourly

Hours: Full-time, (40 hours) with 5 days per week from 8AM-4PM and rotating weekends.
