Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park, NY is seeking an energetic Housekeeper for a part-time role, Sundays, Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience.

You will clean resident apartments and public areas, follow the cleaning schedule, operate standard equipment, and ensure residents’ rights are respected. Peregrine offers generous PTO, holidays, health insurance, a 401(k) with match, and team appreciation programs.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience in a similar environment preferred
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Must read, write, and follow oral and written directions to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas
• Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor
• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Housekeeper

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
