Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Offer hotel amenities, products, and services to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenues.
• Assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance work orders as needed.
• Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest and property security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders occasionally.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
