Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking dependable Housekeepers who are detail-oriented and have a knack for cleaning. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Primary Duties:
  • Perform routine guest room preparations and cleaning, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
  • Assist guests with amenities and services to enhance their stay and revenue.
  • Support laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and security.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Climb stairs and ladders repeatedly.
  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
