Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings, meeting labor standards and maintaining public areas.
• Assist guests with hotel amenities, products, and services to enhance their experience and revenue.
• Help with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest and property security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
