Job description

Job Title: Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for full and part-time Housekeeper positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location

Lehigh Valley Hospital - 2545 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full and part-time shifts, Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM, rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Pay Rate

$16.75 per hour.

Role Overview

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, dispose of trash hygienically.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to layout.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contribute to team efforts, exhibit professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
